Originally introduced in 1982, Nike debuted the Air Force 1 as its first basketball shoe featuring Air Sole technology, built as a high-top with a signature ankle strap for on-court performance. Reengineered for skateboarding under Nike SB, the AF-1 evolves into a lighter, low-profile silhouette with an emphasis on boardfeel. Honoring its minimalist roots, this iteration refines the classic low for a trusted fit that sits low and remains timeless. Maintaining its elevated midsole with a lowered footbed, the half-length midsole brings the rider closer to the board while preserving essential forefoot flexibility. Memory foam collar pods and Air Max cushioning create a locked-in fit, working in tandem with a reinforced padded tongue and internal straps. In the forefoot, a refined toe profile and stitch-turned seams enhance flick and precise control. A minimalist execution completes the update with a full Light Orewood Brown suede upper, pink backtab accent, custom dubraes, and grippy gum rubber tread.
